It is with great joy and gratitude that I extend my blessings and heartfelt greetings to the Chavara Cultural Centre, Kochi. Inspired by the vision of our beloved founder, Saint Kuriakose Elias Chavara, the Centre continues to be a beacon of faith, culture, and social harmony in our times. Rooted in the Christian values of love and service, the Centre has embraced the mission of promoting interreligious dialogue, educational advancement, and cultural enrichment for the common good. In an age often divided by differences, Chavara Cultural Centre stands as a living testimony to the CMI commitment — “to enlighten and transform society through knowledge, culture, and compassion.” I commend the directors, staff, and collaborators of the Centre for their tireless efforts in fostering peace, understanding, and creative expression among people of all walks of life. May the life and teachings of Saint Chavara continue to inspire everyone who associates with this noble institution. Let the flame of knowledge and harmony that burns within these walls reach every heart, illuminating the path toward a more humane and spiritually enriched world.
